What Led to This

My dream to create a leadership consulting company started when, as an undergrad student, studying sociology at Brigham Young University, I received a personalized, detailed, poignant, and frankly, really cool 360 report from a professor of mine.

I pored over its details for hours—personalized feedback with actionable goals, inspiring me to become a better student, worker, and person.  I said to myself, “this is what I want to do for a career”.

After BYU, I kicked off my professional career by working in politics in Washington, DC, corporate HR across the US, sales and management in California and Washington, and returned to grad school.  I have taken all I have learned and decided to create Circle Consulting—a culmination of all of my favorite things about HR, leadership, and management.
