360° Feedback
A 360° Feedback Report is a collection of feedback regarding personal performance and behavior. This report is made up of feedback from the employee, their peers, their supervisor(s), and other people with direct, first-hand knowledge of the employee. This report is designed to be a starting point and launching pad from which your employees can set personal development action plans and performance goals. It’s an exciting catalyst for your team.
Gap Assessment and Coaching
To establish a baseline, I will meet with you to establish your goals. After conducting qualitative and quantitative culture research, I will provide you with a Gap Assessment. A Gap Assessment will tell you where things currently stand in regards to where you want things to be. I will work with you to develop an action plan. Future meetings will be focused on working through that action plan to get you to where you want to be.

Stay Interviews
Stay Interviews provide a critical snapshot of how your workforce feels about their place of business. It’s like taking the pulse of your employees. This report is a summarization of a survey as well as 30-60 minute interviews with every single employee at your company. Your employees were asked the same set of questions and were given equal opportunity to express both praise and criticism, thus leading to this report of company trends, strengths, and weaknesses.
